Shipping rates are dependent upon the shipping method chosen and range between $6-$27. Shipping time is between 2-9 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that shipping time includes a 1-2 day order processing time. Also, please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery time on ground shipments, therefore, neither does Auto Paint.
Returns:
For all orders placed on AutoPaintCosmetics.com, we offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 10 days of the purchase date.
Please note that we do not accept returns of Auto Paint merchandise that was purchased from a retail partners store or from another website. We only accept returns for items purchased through the online AutoPaintCosmetics.com store. you must return the item to the original place of purchase.
It can take up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. To return merchandise to AutoPaintCosmetics.com, please e-mail us using the "Contact Us" link above and place "RETURN" in the subject line. A representative will contact you shortly to give you return procedures.
Order Processing & Delivery:
Orders take approximately 1-2 days to process, plus shipping time. We only process orders Monday-Friday and therefore orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and/or Tuesday. We will notify you if an item is out of stock. We cannot ship UPS for Saturday delivery. Expedited (Rush) Shipping: If you place and order at 3pm PST on Wednesday and select UPS Next Day, it will be shipped on Thursday, and should arrive Friday. Please note that on US Holidays, regular order processing may be slightly delayed. Also some US carriers may not ship or deliver on certain holidays.

Tracking Your Order:
Order tracking numbers are included in the shipping e-mail that was sent to you when your order was shipped. If you lost that e-mail, please use the "Contact Us" link above and be sure to include your order number in the e-mail.
If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you need to place two separate orders. We can only ship to one address per order.
